Vidharbha Konkan Gramin Bank (VKGB) invites Online Applications from Indian National candidates (who have qualified IBPS RRBs CWE exam September / October 2013) for recruitment of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for (1) Candidates selected for the post of Officer Scale I, II will be put on probation for a period of 2 years which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 1 year. (2) Candidates selected for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be put on probation for a period of 1 year which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 6 months.

Pre-requisite Qualifications: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained Total Weighted Score.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
